Perfect Love: Freedom From Fear
In this course, students will “discover how neuroscience and Scripture come together to bring healing and transformation to our lives” (Jennings). Our understanding and perception of God shapes how we think, feel, and act which impacts our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. A distorted view of God can often lead us to believe lies about ourselves and question our identity in Christ, producing fear and robbing us of the peace we are promised as His children. This course will identify and define fear, learn how to process the emotion of fear, and explore the evidence of God’s love and sovereignty according to the Scriptures to deepen student’s understanding of the inheritance they have gained in Christ.
